Pune Techtrol Pvt Ltd offers a two-part non-contact Ultrasonic Transmitter, Miniflex LR (transceiver) for liquids and slurries and having advanced echo extraction system with wide range of transducer RY and RZ type. Miniflex LR is wall mounting type with simple to programme push button, having 2-line LCD display, it has out put of 4-20 mA, RS232 serial communication with automatic gain control to cater for changing vessel characteristics such as foam or agitation. It is reliable and accurate for level, open channel flow, volume, distance, differential level of upstream and down stream measurement of liquids. It utilises 3 multifunctional relays, which can be used for pump duty cycle in pumping stations. Transducer is available with choice of materials of construction such as PVDF for corrosive services and PVDF with syntactic reinforced epoxy face for non corrosive services having flanged or screwed mounting options. It is available with ATEX certification for use in hazardous area. It is extensively used for water, chemicals, sewage, acids, paints, inks, oils in chemical, water and waste, mining, quarry, paper and pulp, and petrochemical industries.
