HNL Systems Pvt Ltd offers an Ultrasonic Leak Detector and Inspection Systems, Model AccuTrak® VPX-WR, for locating leaks and mechanical strains. When it comes to loud environments, nothing finds air leaks faster and easier than the multi-patented AccuTrak model VPX-WR with DND (Dynamic Noise Discrimination) technology. DND is the first and only ultrasonic technology to analyse a broad spectrum of ultrasound, and select the proper frequency band of the leak sound automatically! Because they work like an AM radio, manually tuned heterodyne only ultrasonic detectors can miss key sounds if not tuned properly. DND eliminates the guesswork associated with manual frequency tuning! It translates sounds from 20-100 kHz to the audible range regardless of the frequency of the original signal. Leaks come in all shapes and sizes, and therefore different frequencies are generated. AccuTrak detects and translates a broad band of ultrasound (20 kHz to 100 kHz) without the guesswork associated with manual tuning. The system includes:

• Ultrasonic detector - with padded grip
• Deluxe stereo head set can be worn with a hard hat
• Touch probe - to detect internal ultrasound on contact
• Wave guide - extends reach of instrument to less accessible areas
• Horn restrictor - nose cone that attenuates and collimates sound
• Sound generator - (optional) for testing non-pressurized enclosures
• Coaxial cable - (optional) BNC connector to output signal to analyser
• Carrying case - hard plastic moulded with sectionalised foam.
