Temperature Sensing Sensors

Various types of thermocouples such as ?straight? and ?L? type, RTD, MI flexible assemblies/thermowells/roller type thermocouples, etc, are manufactured by AMI Instruments & Electricals. Thermocouple bare wires offered for the specified assemblies are CR/AL, PT/PT/RH, I/C, C/C, etc. The conductors are duly twisted and welded at one end with argon welding to withstand higher temperatures. The welding is protected with different types of sheathings to withstand temperatures/chemical reactions, etc. The sheathings used are SS 304/316/310/446/inconel 80/hastalloy/tantalum/molybdenum/ceramic sheaths/Pythagoras 610 and recrystallise 710 type sheaths. The conductors and sheathings vary with different temperatures ranging from 50 to 2300 degree Celsius. Extension and original conductor cables with different types of SWG and braiding are available for these thermocouples.
