Smart Sensor System For Gas Detection

The Polytector G 750 made by Gesellschaft fur Gerdtechnik is a portable gas detector that tracks up to six hazardous toxic or explosive gases/vapors as well as oxygen at a time. The newly developed plug-in system of sensors allows to choose the right sensor. The system uses infrared sensors which ensure selective and highly reliable , operation. The gas is carried by constant diffusion. A built-in gas pump allows samples to be taken from rooms or vessels at random. A large-scale LCD assures easy reading of data which can also be stored by a datalogger.
