Silicon Based Pressure Sensors

Silicon Microstructures Inc offers low-cost, silicon based pressure sensors in easy to use, dual in-line packages (DIPs). The SM5600 Series is available in ultra-low 0-0.3 PSI pressure ranges, as well as in ranges up to 0-100 PSI. Complete calibration and temperature compensation over 0-60?C is built into the sensor. Applications include healing, ventilation, air-conditioning, medical ventilators and respirators, industrial process monitoring, pneumatic controls, industrial P/I converters, calibration equipment, altimeters, SCUBA-dive computers, and air-flow monitoring.
