Sensors for Measuring Dissolved Oxygen up to PPB Levels

Centec GmbH manufactures the Oxytrans sensors for the measurement of oxygen in liquids and gases as low as 1 to 2 ppb concentrations. The Oxytrans sensors are available both as an in line sensor (Oxytrans M) and as a portable instrument (Oxytrans TR). For Oxytrans M the sensor is available in various types of materials of construction and flange size can be as per the customer’s requirement. The Oxytrans sensor works on the optical principle of dynamic luminescence quenching by molecular oxygen. The time required for measuring is about 25 seconds. The data can be easily transferred via USB interface and a menu driven software is easy to use. Various parameters can be monitored and controlled by the modular concentration monitors. The Oxytrans M and TR sensors are widely used in the pharmaceutical, brewery, chemical, beverage, power plants, fermentation and other industries.
