Sensors

Sensors made in yester years were little bigger in size and difficult to accommodate in limited space. This has led Excella Electronics to design more than 300 sensors, which are smaller in structure but also good for users. They are inductive/capacitive switches vary in size, i.e., diameter 6 mm to 50 mm, with metallic housing and super corrosive resistance and plastic housing as well. They are available in cylindrical, rectangular, U-shape, fork type and block form. 2- and 3-wire AC/DC switches are contact-less and ideal for small part sensing motion, positioning and sequencing on automated equipment. Capacitive switches sensing non-metallic parts like wood, tar, and water; and import substitutes like Namur, Balluf, Echner, Pepperl+Fuchs can be made. Magnetic reed switch, float switch, TTL pick up with 6-24 V DC output can also be made. These all switches are IP 67 grade exposed to coolant and water.
