Proximity Sensors for High Temperatures & Cleaning Processes

Omron Automation offers proximity sensors ideal for high temperatures and cleaning processes specially targeted for use in the food, beverage and steel industries. The E2EH sensors with increased sensing range (up to 12 mm) are able to withstand high-temperature of up to 120?C. These are built with SUS316L stainless steel housing. E2EH resists typical detergents and disinfectants used in the food industry, which is certified by EcoLab. Moreover, Omron has carried out extensive in-house quality tests on sensors to simulate working condition under real applications and E2EH proved to be reliable and durable. It is highly resistant towards rusting. The sensor?s performance and reliability are also enhanced with PBT sensing surface and heat-resistant PVC cable that meets the requirements of food, beverage and steel industries. E2EH sensors are ideally applicable in food material handling process, cip cleaning pipe changer, bottling machines, filling machines, bakery ovens and many other applications that require wide temperature range of 0?C to 100?C. These sensors are compliant to IP67 and IP69K standards. E2EH also complies with international standards, including CE, ROHS and EcoLab certified. These sensors are water-resistant under high-temperature and high-pressure cleaning which enables for optimum usage in F&B industry.
