Cubic proximity inductive sensor, ideal to detect object or machine positioning in material handling applications such as automated conveying systems, with up to 40 mm sensing distance and AC/DC or analogue outputs requirements.
- Super bright LED and robustness: The 4 LEDs [2 green LED – power On and 2 yellow LED – output state] provides perfect visualisation and fast status evaluation from long distance and from any direction.
- With IP69K degree of protection, these inductive sensors can withstand high pressure and high temperature - such durability makes them fit to operate in rough industrial environments.
- First Safety SIL2 certified: This OsiSense XS range includes the first SIL2 certified cubic inductive sensor that significantly reduces the risk of failure, minimising the chance of damage to conveyors and machines.
- Quick and Safe Mounting: Because of the compactness in size, XS cubic sensor will easily fit with limited space available, thereby making it perfect to work in industrial applications where there is high risk of damage or collision with moving parts.
- The availability in flush and non flush mounting allows easier and safe integration in machines.
- Ease of installation and operation: The cubic sense XS proximity sensors have five position turret head, enabling accurate detection in any direction. The orientation of the head can be adjusted manually and quickly without any special tools. With unique one-click mounting and a rotating detection head XS cubic can be installed quickly and easily on any machine or equipment.
