Pressure Transducers

The Hydac pressure transducer range includes the right transducer for a multitude of applications in the industry as well as in service applications. All transducers come with built-in electronics and all parts in contact with media are of stainless steel. A variety of models with all the usual standard signals allow the easy connection to display and process electronics and can also replace existing models when refurbishing. Model HDA 3200 was developed especially for use in mobile applications, industrial control and monitoring systems. The measurement principle, based on thick film DMS, and a special adjustment to a minimum total error band, is particularly suited to the requirements of large production batches. Model HDA 3300, in the medium price range, is robust, offers high accuracy and covers all standard applications. The sensor has a stainless steel membrane, which is scanned via bending beam Germanium DMS. Models HDA 3700 and HDA 3800 pressure transducers have a very robust and accurate sensor in modern thin film technology and built-in evaluation electronics in SMD technology. During their development, emphasis was placed on high temperature stability and good EMC characteristics. They can be used in all branches of hydraulics and pneumatics. Hydac product range includes: filters, compact hydraulic valves, electronics, hydraulic systems for mobile applications, stationary hydraulic systems, ball valves and solenoids, bell housings and pressure pumps, and tank packs.
