Pressure Sensor, Non Clog

R A Patel offers a non clog type pressure sensor. This novel non-clogging pressure sensor can be successfully used for the measurement of pressure of industries like pulp and paper, corrosive fluid, wastewater, slurry and fluids having settling tendency. Here the measuring media does not come in contact with the sensor. The device contains a flexible tube having full bore size of the pipeline; pressure transmits indirectly via flexible tube to the captive fluid and to the pressure gauge. Fluid flows through the full bore of flexible tube, thereby causing no settling or clogging effect. Here pressure gets sensed from all the 360? directions so reading of pressure is more accurate than single point measurement. In single point measurement the nipple gets clogged and even diaphgram type pressure gauge becomes non-functional.
