Plastic fibre sensor for contrast detection

Rajdeep Industrial Products offers plastic fibre sensor for contrast detection manufactured by BBTT-Dinel, France. This is a detection sensor with teach-in facility. This sensor has a light source is white which is a spectrum of red, green, blue, etc. Hence it can detect all colours equally. A very high frequency response of 20 kHz gives instantaneous output to the PLC. This is due to the micro controller based product. M18 cylindrical mounting enables easy distance adjustment whenever required unlike the standard rectangular housings which have very rigid mountings. Teach-in type micro-controller based programming makes the task setting a 8 second job. Built-in push-pull (NPN and PNP) gives flexibility in stock, ease in mounting and replacements.
