Pin Hole Detector

Pin Hole Detector, Model PHD-05 is infrared light based inspection system designed for detection of micro-tears/pinholes in formed aluminium foil laminate. This system is used in the pharmaceutical industries for detection of micro-tears/pinholes after cup formation of the aluminium foil in ALU-ALU blister pack machine. Features: infrared based inspection system; adjustable threshold; audio/visual alarm; and floating contacts available for transmitter fail relay, and defect relay. Optional: available in custom sizes, different scanning field widths are available, high sensitivity: can detect 25 micro pin hole, compact in size, and LCD display.
