Photoelectric Optical Sensor-Switch

Through beam (M18) photoelectric sensors are indispensable components of modern automated production processes. Katlax combines precision optics with electronics and rugged housing to provide versatile reflex and through beam sensors. These sensors are designed for applications involving non-contact detection for measuring, counting and positioning. Through beam type: these switches offer sensing range up to 5 mtr. Emitter and receiver are in separate housing facing each other with their optical axes matched. Sensors switches whenever light beam is interrupted. Application: through beam types – monitoring doors and gates; and counting and monitoring objects over large distances. Key attributes: available in NPN and PNP type (in both the combinations NO/NC types are combined); with threaded brass barrels Ni-chrome plated; and block and slot type switches are available in ABS plastic enclosure; all products are IP67 protected (tested and certified by CMRI, Dhanbad); block and slot types are with IP55 protection.
