Mine Flooding Sensors

Square Tee manufactures precision, import substitute electromechanical sensors and instruments. It has developed flood warning sensors for hazardous area applications, specially recommended for mining, petrochemical industry, and rough and tough environments.This design is basically meant for flood level sensing of ammunition storage/magazines in warships. These flooding sensors are used as direct replacements in Russian origin warships. The company has been associated with the Indian navy for the last 15 years. Two set points are available. One set point opens a circuit, thus giving fool-proof indication. If there is a fault anywhere in wiring, cable, or circuit elements, that is also detected. For standard units the first set point operates at 200 mm and the second set point at one metre of flooding level. Set points are field/factory adjusted to suit flooding level sensing up to 15 metres of water column. The sensor gets immersed in the flooding. It comes complete with mounting bracket, flange fittings and 4-metre long FRLS cable.
