PG Electronics offers Metal Detector & EGE Elektronik Make Inductive Proximity Switches for High Temperature. Metal Detector System 3000 is designed to detect medium and larger size unwanted metals. It has effective means of adjusting sensitivity. It is the most reliable Sensor in the world of stone crushing machines, vibratory feeders and wood chipping machines. If the metal parts go undetected it would destroy the expensive machines. The system comprises Detector coil, amplifier unit and power isolation unit. The system will ignore other disturbing parts and members of structure in neighbourhood and will ensure to sense only the metal parts that are in motion.

Proximity Sensors are suitable for high temperatures of up to 250_oC. These are available in different sizes in temperature ranges of 120_oC, 160_oC, 200_oC and 250_oC. Sensors for demanding environments, for sensing long range of up to 250 mm, analogue output, tropical series, resistant to rolling oil, climatic proof IP 68, resistant to hot steam, detergents etc. Further, another series of Proximity Switches suitable for Ex- zones in different sizes are available.
