Melt Pressure Transmitters, SPX-L, is a smart 4 - 20 mA button seal pressure transmitter designed for use in hazardous locations. The SPX2292 is all welded construction that features a large diaphragm with 1 1/2-16 UN2A thread for easy installation. The SPX2292E has explosion proof approval for Class 1, Division I, Groups A, B, C & D. The explosion proof model employs a conduit fitting. The SPX2292S is ATEX/Intrinsically Safe approved for II 1 G 100a Eex ia IIC, Zones 0 and 1. The ATEX/Intrinsically Safe models can be supplied with either a conduit fitting or a hermetic 6-pins bendix connector. The SPX-L also includes a new Dynisco innovation, Dynalarity™, an advance algorithm that linearises offsets initiated by materials and process variables.
