Inductive Proximity Switches

Technic Electronic Corporation offers Inductive Proximity Switches. These are non-contact switching devices, which detect proximity of objects at a given range regardless of the angle or direction of approach. The unit consists of a sensor, oscillator and a switching circuit. These are encapsulated in epoxy resin and housed in metal tubes; hence suitable for working in extreme conditions such as dusty, oily and corrosive environments. It can also withstand adverse field condition of vibration. Technic inductive proximity switches do not have any moving parts and do not require any additional levers, rollers or any other complex mechanism. These can replace mechanical unit switches and as there is no switching life limitation, no maintenance is required. The switches are designed to international standards, which operate by the proximity of ferrous/non-ferrous metals and are used for a wide range of industrial sensing and solid state switching applications.
