The Rhotec Density Sensor is a highly precise means of determining the density of liquids, even under extreme process conditions. The density measurement is achieved through the use of an electro-magnetic oscillating "U"shape tube. From the measurement signals, calculated concentrations are obtained and displayed in Mass%, Volume%, ºBrix, % Extract or other density calculable quantity of the measured medium. The use of this technology with specific measurement software has proven track record for liquids with dissolved and un-dissolved components, both organic and inorganic.
Highly accurate and continuous density measurement; accuracy - 0.0001 g/cm3, reproducibility - 0.00001 g/cm3; determination of concentration in w/w%, v/v% and other density calculable scales; Profibus DP or PA, Analogue 4-20 mA; available as sensor and transmitter; on-line measurement directly at the product pipe with special fittings; broad spectrum of applications through different product osculating sensor materials as option; optional in EX-proof version (ATEX); and optional calibrated to official EC standards.
