Combustible Gas Detector, KM-5420A

Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd has introduced a new Combustible Gas Detector, Model KM 5420A. This instrument is useful to detect leaks in automobile exhaust and fuel systems, liquid or gas fired heating systems. This instrument uses a newly developed semi conductor sensor, which is extremely sensitive to variety of generally used combustible gases. This instrument has microprocessor control with advanced digital signal processing, multicolour visual display, high-low leak sensitivity selector, low battery indication, semi conductor gas sensor, etc. This instrument can detect following gases: gasoline, propane, natural gas or fuel oil. Alarm indication is by buzzer, tricolour LED bar indicator; sensitivity of this instrument is variable as low as 5 ppm (gasoline). Operating temperature and humidity of this instrument is 0 to 40°C, <80% RH, storage temperature and humidity is -10 to 60°C, <70% RH. This instrument has automatic power off feature (after 10 minutes) and battery life is approximately 40 hours normal use. Power supply used in this instrument is 6VDC alkaline batteries. It is handy and ergonomically designed having dimension 173 x 66 x 56 mm and weight approximately 400 gm. The accessories supplied along with the instrument are: user manual, leak check bottle, carrying case and batteries.
