Analog diffuse Laser light sensor

Wenglor Sensoric offers a Analog diffuse Laser light sensor used for distance measurement. It works with laser light & have a photodiode line-array. The photodiode line array also assures that output voltage is practically independent of brightness, colour and surface characteristics of the object to be measured - over the entire measuring range. Even distances to glossy, black painted surface can be precisely measured. Two variants are now available with measuring ranges of 40 to 160 mm, and 50 to 350 mm. High performance measuring devices with a linearity of 0.2% and 0,4% have been developed. A 4 to 20 mA current output, a 0 to 10 V voltage output, an RS232 interface and an error output are available. All functions can be set up by means of teach-in, as well as via the RS-232 interface. And housing dimensions of only 50 x 50 x 20 mm are a big advantage for design engineering.
