Ammonia Leak Detector

The Ammonia Leak Detector (NH3) is used for continuous monitoring of ammonia in ambient air. Gas sensor is ISO 9000 approved and is housed in weatherproof CMRI-certified gas detector head for gas groups IIA and IIB with resolution of 1 PPM, response time less than 30 seconds with repeatability 1% of signal. The response time of the sensor is 90% within 30 seconds. The sensor has special filter sintered disc made of SS 316 to withstand high pollution in the plants. The gas detector is to be coupled with ISO 9001 approved microprocessor based controller unit with large bright 4 digit LED display for process variable with three status indicators with three separate relays and potential free NO and NC contacts. A separate 4 digit display for set point and simple four membrane key operation with provision for zero and span setting. Full equipment is housed in DIN size controller unit with cut out size: 18.7 x 16 x 9 cm. The operation of the equipment is menu driven with user understandable prompts. It has facility for 4-20 mA output for recorder with built-in alarm siren for pre-set levels linearised for 0.1% accuracy through out range. Alarm can be set at any desired levels. The unit has also an optional provision for non-isolated linearised transmission signal. This is useful for recorder or secondary display. External alarm-siren facility is also incorporated.
