All metal proximity switch

Rajdeep Industrial Products offers Contriunex all metal proximity switches. Standard proximity sensors available in the market use brass housings with a plastic tip. This has been a major cause for failure due to mechanical reasons. Contrinex all metal stainless steel sensors are made from one piece of SS metal. By mounting the electronics from reverse and sealing it correctly, it is possible to achieve the best IP 68 sealing. Some unique features include: very high sensing distance - Ex M12 with 10 mm; based on condet technology; constant sensing distance on ferrous/non-ferrous material like aluminium, brass, copper, etc; one-piece stainless steel housing (including sensing face) and therefore extremely robust and long life; IP 68 sealing with SS housing, suitable for saline environments/immersion underwater; and high sensing distance, Ex M12 with 10 mm. These are very useful in rugged environments where continuous solvents, liquids damage the product. Also the property of constant distance for aluminium gives an advantage in assembly lines with different material. Most important, the strength of the product ensures longer life and value for money.
