G?del roboLoop is a unique, highly versatile transfer and positioning system, which is a close loop endless linear system used in factory automation. The development of the roboLoop has created a curved track gantry and transfer system, which makes new concepts and solutions. The principal advantage of the roboLoop, compared to conventional gantries is that it allows, by virtue of the curved track, for flexible arrangement of production facilities. Similar processes can be joined together in cells independent of operational sequences. System can accommodate multiple carriages and can be added in case productivity increases. It is possible to accommodate variable cycle times of machines by making different sequences, linking, storage/buffering, etc. Thanks to the maximum flexibility of system functions, operation sequences, linkings and storage, the roboLoop affords entirely new and innovative solutions.
