Hi-Fab Valve Automation, in technical tie-up with BAR GmbH, Germany, brings to the Indian industry, customised and innovative Solutions for Automation of ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves. The product range includes quarter turn valves fitted with: 1. Pneumatic actuators – double acting and spring return actuators to handle torques up to 12000 Nm and 4000 Nm respectively; for rated swing angles – 90°, 120° and 180; 3 Position operation 0-90°-180° and 0-45°-90°; chemical version with hard coated and PTFE impregnated housing and stainless steel stem for corrosive environments; stainless steel model; and all actuators are guaranteed for 1 million cycles; 2. Electric actuators – to handle torques up to 300 Nm; and fail safe and position control versions available; 3. Accessories – solenoid valves – Namur – limit switch boxes available with 5 switching configurations including AS-interface switching; electro pneumatic valve positioners; and manual override.
