Sizing Machine (For Bushes)

Krushnal Agro Engineers has developed a Sizing Machine, Model Autosizer-20, for sizing of plain sintered bushes at production speed of 40 bushes/min. Embossing and sizing operations are combined in one machine to reduce number of machines. The bushes are fed to the sizing station by a rotating disc. This feature also allows sizing of other components with proper orientation. The maximum OD x length of bush is diameter 20 x 25 L, the pressing force is 30 T. Salient features of the machine include a pneumatic clutch, auto lubrication and PLC controls. This machine can be converted into a fully automatic version with vibratory bowl feeder. This machine can be operated in manual, once and auto mode. This machine is the best solution to size very thin or short length bushes.
