Master Handlers offers Pretreatment Automation Systems. It is well known as an " Intelligent Machine" used for process control with optimum throughput. The following ways can be adapted to increase its throughput: multiple heads - by adapting multiple heads the high production volumes can be achieved; multiple tanks - here the intelligence is used to skip other tanks of the same process for the next cycle and thereby high process time also can be catered with reduced cycle time and increased productivity; multiple programming - to deal with mixed products with different process timings or different process itself; tank allocation - intelligent control place/ locate the tanks serially according to process; tilting of articles for proper drain - long member channels, intricate shaped sheet metal articles do not get drained unless those are tilted; adaptability to further processing - the conveyor carries the component to the ovens up to the assembly line or packaging area; and adaptability for SCADA software - the data of all process parameters can be stored, statistically analysed, used as a guide for assessing the end result for parameters such as process time, solution or process temperature, charging voltage, etc. Areas of applications: pretreatment plants; plating plants; painting lines; electrodeposition coating plants; autophoretic lines; and PCB line.
