Renu Electronics offers new models of human machine interface (HMI) Series of operator interfaces for various programmable controllers. This series of products includes operator interfaces with various display sizes, memory, keypad and feature options. The HMI series product is connected to the standard communication port of the PLC and displays messages informing the operator the machine status, alarms, data entry, etc. These products can be used in the control panels of any application involving automa- tion and where the operator needs to know the machine status or some data entry is required. The EM series products reduce the overall cost of the system by saving on PLC I/O modules, wiring costs and programming time. All HMI products are programmed using the same Windows based setup software (provided free of cost). Any product can communicate with any supported PLC simply by changing the smart cable and reconfiguring the unit for the new PLC. All products are designed to meet the tough immunity standards as per EN50082-2 and emission standards as per EN55011 CISPR A. All these products are CE/CSA certified and conform to the NEMA 4 or IP 65. Areas of applications cover all fields where automation is necessary, such as packaging lines, furnace controllers, printing machines, Compressors, machine controllers, SPMs, machine tools, tyre industry, plastic injection moulding machines, etc.
