Man Machine Interface

Dynalog (India) Ltd offers Man Machine Interface, PPC-105T. This is a robust industrial grade interface for vulcanising machine. This assures precision of the controlled machinery. The PPC-105T can take the rigors of long operating hours in high temperature and humidity environments. An automatic control system of the tire curing press adopts a non-touch point limit switch and double-stroke cylinder to control the paddles that close and open for the tire curing press. The exterior temperature is controlled by PID closed-circuit automatic control. There is an inner pressure alarm and inner temperature preheating. System: PPC-105T connects to a PLC via RS-232 ports. It"s easy to input data allowing the process to be easily modified with a programmable PPC-105T as a display screen. This PPC-105T displays the curing process and current state of executing elements in the production cycle. This PPC-105T offers historic parameters including, output statistics, alarm, process store, etc. Several tire curing presses can be monitored in real-time by the computer network.
