Gantry For Automation

Safer, stronger and smarter gantries for pick-n-place, welding automation and linear motion modules are successfully designed, manufactured and installed by Raj Mechatronix for a number of customers, for various applications. These gantries have been tested in various dispositions and working conditions. The gantries have also been used as linear motion modules/axes slides for CNC machines in addition to material handling (pick-n-place). Over 200 gantries are satisfactorily working in the country – some of the applications are in adverse working conditions, in corrosive atmosphere, high temperature zones, overhead at furnaces, etc. The R&D and testing has brought forth a unique design. The company enjoys a Design Patent on the gantry and related parts. The special design cast steel carriage plate and gantry cocoon the drive elements, offers high protection to these expensive elements from accidental damage. Raj gantry is now accepted by various government institutions and the industry. A few standard sizes –RMB 200, RMB 300 and RMB 400 – cover a large area of applications for payloads of up to 1500 kg presently. These gantries are further complemented with HEPCO-Motion Products (UK). A few products are manufactured in SS materials for special applications such as cleanrooms, labs, etc. Design houses, project companies, system integrators and end users can benefit from this expertise.
