End-of-Line Automation for FMCG

Neubauplan Automation Machines Pvt Ltd offers a high-speed, economical End-of-Line Automation Solution ‘Boxfil’ for production lines of articles like soaps, dental creams, biscuits, cans, small bottles, etc. At higher speeds, manual filling of such articles into shipping cartons is a skilled task with its ensuing IR issues. The Boxfil system completely automates this task. Its modular construction can be configured to collate products from one or multiple incoming lines up to 500 products a minute, and fill them very reliably and without damage into erected cartons. A linked machine ‘Cartonup’ erects the shipping cartons from as-received folded state; and can work with the lowest grade of cartons. It can also place separators between layers. Size-changes are de-skilled and can be reliably done in a few minutes. The system is lubricant- and contaminant-free, and only requires 4-6 kW of power. Payback periods are typically around 3 years. Patents have been applied for both Boxfil and Cartonup machines.
