Rachana Infotech Pvt Ltd offers CNC Loading Unloading Automation. On receiving the loading signal (in auto mode) from CNC lathe, the feeding slide moves forward (from home position) to load the component into the chuck, in required orientation. The feeding slide goes back to its home position after loading the component. The CNC starts the cycle. Fresh component is fed / released into the feeding slide from the component feeding magazine. The finished component is unloaded.
