Cnc For Fast Programming & Parts Up To 6 Mm

The Esco CNC CD6 is designed for fast programming and handles small and medium batch work parts up to 6 mm, using profile as well as round material. With 10,000 RPM toolhead spindle speed and capability of utilizing two turning tools simultaneously, the machine may be fitted with end working and back working devices in place of the countercollet. This arrangement consists of two drills and a third tool for thread cutting internally and externally, making the machine ideal for fast cutting and flexible operation, says the builder. Also on display will be a two-spindle, Swiss type turning centre, a six spindle, 32 mm automatic with full CNC control, a full five-axis micromachining centre, a six station rotary transfer machine, and a high-precision, heavy duty manual lathe.
