Automation System

The custom designed Automation System is an integral feature of turnkey systems. This locates photocells, limit switches, operator interface terminals (OIT), push button stations and makes field connections. This is essential to put control in the hands of the system operators in a manner simple to comprehend. The control terminal is manufactured with specifically designed controls to meet the needs of specialised applications. Components, such as manual starters, magnetic starters, push button stations, etc., may be utilised to perform more simplistic operator functions. The various systems that can be automated include: rail and trolley systems; pneumatic and hydraulic scissor lifts; turn tables (manual/powerised - roller, pneumatic/hydraulic - belt or pneumatic/hydraulic - rail); tilting/upending and tumbling mechanisms (manual/powerised - roller, pneumatic/hydraulic - rail); lifting mechanisms - pneumatic/hydraulic; and ball transfer tables.
