Water Flow Regulators

Wittmann Battenfeld India Pvt. Ltd manufactures Water Flow Regulators. The sight tube is made of polyamide 12, which is superior to polycarbonate, when higher temperature water is to be handled. Reference marks are moulded, not painted on. Enlarged water passages minimize flow restrictions, deliver increased flow volume through the mould, and enhance heat transfer performance. In fact, pressure drop from regulators is about half that of units available in the market. Flow Regulators have precision, threaded brass inserts (Series 301) or brass sockets (Series 101) for water hose connections.
Thermometer is directly in the water flow giving precise reading and quicker reaction to changes. Wittmann regulators have a smaller diameter seat, which allows better adjustment of flow. All brass internal components and floats stand up to poor water quality. The regulators are exceptionally easy to clean. A top access cap is simply removed and a brush (provided) quickly cleans the tubes without removing them. Individual sight tubes can be easily removed and re-seated, if necessary. Precision O-rings positively seal the sight glass, absolutely leak proof even under maximum loads.
