Water Flow Controller

Water Flow Controller is used for serial or parallel circuitry of the mould channels – between temperature controller and mould or other consumers. Wittmann water flow controller, Model WFC 100, is manufactured using approved standard components. The metering range of the WFC 100 is between 2 and 40 l/min per circuit, the maximum operating temperature is 100 °C, and the maximum pressure is 10 bar. The relatively high accuracy of measurement of 1.5% FS is for a maximum deviation of ± 0.5 l/min from the main application temperature range. This leads to an outstanding process security and a constant part quality. In addition to the flow, also the temperature for each single circuit is registered.
Model WFC 160 is made of standard mechanical parts used in current series and updated with a contact-less and maintenance-free flow measuring system in combination with a display. The most common application for the WFC 160 is the parallel connection between a temperature control unit and an injection mould machine but also for other consumer. With the WFC 160 the fabricator has the opportunity to measure and control the flow value for each tempering-channel. The handling can also be done by the IMM-regulation via interface connection.
