Vacuum Comparator, Table Top/Portable

Vacuum comparators are a vacuum controlling unit to control the required vacuum for calibrating the vacuum instruments with a comparison method. In this method generally vacuum instruments are calibrated against a master instrument ?or? a manometer. Machines are available for table top and portable models for a full vacuum of ?760 mm Hg at sea level ?or? for a pressure of 30 kg. These machines are available with a construction in ?complete stainless steel?, ?complete colour coated mild steel? and with ?wetted parts in stainless steel and other pars in MS colour coated?. Machines are designed with a pare of instrument mounting ports, two control knobs, one vacuum inlet port and one exhaust ? on a base mounting plate. For calibrating the vacuum instruments connect vacuum line from a vacuum pump to the vacuum/pressure inlet of the machine, and vacuum controlling can be done through the control knob. And for calibrating the pressure instruments connect compressed air line from an air compressor to the pressure/vacuum inlet of the machine, and pressure controlling can be done through the control knob. The machines are supplied along with a tool kit which includes all standard adapters, seals, washers and pointer puller. These vacuum comparators are ?second to none? in aesthetic look and performance.
