Universal Process Controller

Countronics, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, offers the new process controller, Model 2602, a versatile microcontroller based programmable precision indicator cum controller for a wide range of process variables such as pressure, temperature, current, humidity, voltage, etc. It is linearised for PT100 temperature sensor and 7 types of common thermocouples with auto cold junction compensation. It accepts standard inputs ranging from 0-5 V, 1-5 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA from a wide range of process variable transmitters. The versatile display is settable from 0-9999 and uses 0.56” bright 7 segment LED displays for enhanced visibility with the decimal user settable. User friendly 2 set point control settings with separate cooler and heater logic relays with programmable hysteresis are also provided. An in-built excitation voltage for loop transmitters complements its feature packed wide range applications. Housed in a special ABS weather proof plastic cabinet with touch type membrane control keys adds aesthetics to the universal process controller.
