Three-Axis CNC Control

Centroid offers a 3-axis CNC control with an overall size of 9" x 17" x 13". The online software can run any "G" code program up to 640 K, without dripfeeding from another computer. Built-in-shop floor programming gives the machinist the tools necessary to create, edit, and display programs directly on the machine. Features include drilling cycles, pockets, frames, linear and arc milling, copy, mirror, rotate, cutter compensation, 3D tool path graphics, and "math help" for solving intersections, angles, and arcs. Optional software features include multiple work coordinate systems subprograms and macros, unlimited file size for programs larger than 640 K. PC-based, the M-15 has 600+ megabytes program storage, backlit LCD VGA display, external PC keyboard jack, and 2 COM ports. Control options include colour active matrix LCD screen, MPG handwheel, and a wide variety of machine retrofit hardware kits.
