Thermo Regulators

Alok International offers the Eaton-Williams range of Thermo Regulators designed to provide close temperature control for plastic/rubber injection mould tools, extrusion barrels and other industrial processes that require accurate heating/cooling. The heart of each unit comprises of solid-state relay controlled immersion heaters and an indirect heat exchanger to provide process cooling. The use of solid-state relays for heating element control ensures quiet, reliable and long life operation. Process fluid circulation is by immersible centrifugal pump providing constant pressure and flow rate. The process temperature is continually monitored and regulation of better than ±1°C is achieved by a microprocessor controller with proportional, integral and derivative control in both heating and cooling modes. There are 7 model sizes in the thermo regulator range from 9 to 72 kW heating capacity. Models up to 24 kW are suitable for water or synthetic oil. Also available is a high temperature water unit up to 160°C. Features include: peripheral or centrifugal pumps; mould drain system; mould leak stopper; audible alarms; insulated stainless steel tank; extended alarm relay; incoloy heating elements; automatic water make-up; non-ferrous components; pre-coated galvanised steel casing; and solid state relay heating control.
