Mifa Systems offers the TTM-000 Series of temperature/process controllers – TTM002/004/005/006/007/009. Salient features: self-tuning PID – most appropriate PID is calculated automatically when making alteration in S V or it is corrected during disturbance, hunting, etc; blind function (masking) – desirable parameter is only displayed; simplified timer – On delay/Off delay possible on main relay or alarm; priority display – max 9 parameters can be monitored and set up under operational mode; multiple inputs – thermocouple/RTD (Pt-100 and Pt 100) or 4-20 mA, 0-5 V DC, 1-5 V DC are selected by front key; standardisation of conformity UL, CUL, CE and IP 66 approved; Compact Size – depth only 77 mm (except TTM-002); manual control (balanceless and bumpless); heating/cooling control – PID control is available on cooling side also; communication (RS-485) or Modbus – the communication distance is extended up to 500 metres, and maximum 31 controllers/per comport of can be connected at a time; digital PV filter – for abrupt alteration of input value on display; PID over-shoot protection – it is a function to avoid over-shoot of process value; DI (digital input) functions – the following function are selective; SV/SV2, run/ready, automatic (run)/manual, normal/reverse action, normal (SV2)/reverse action (SV), AT (auto-tuning) start, timer, start/reset; others – CT input (current monitor), setting of Off position during On/Off control, for both heating and cooling output. added features for 'S' Series – fast sampling time – 250 mS; ramp to set as standard; retransmission outputs (option); and Modbus communication (option).
