Vmax Power Controls Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of LT/HT Switchboards (Schneider Alliance Partner) from 3.3 kV up to 33 kV and allied control panels. Established in the year 2007, with the aim to provide complete solutions rather than just selling the products, the company has an extensive range of products.

Range of products in HT (MV):

• VCB/SF-6 breaker panels in both indoor/outdoor versions ranges from 3.3 kV to 33 kV
• PCVCB breaker panels in outdoor (porcelain clad vacuum circuit breaker) with control and relay panels ranges from 11 kV to 33 kV
• SF-6 gas insulated compact RMU (ring main unit) both in indoor/outdoor versions range from 11 kV to 33 kV
• LBS (load break switch) panels (air insulated/gas insulated) in indoor/outdoor versions ranges from 11 kV to 33 kV
• 11 kV compact sub-station both in indoor/outdoor versions of ranges from 160 kVA to 2000 kVA

Range of Products in LT (LV):
PCC panels, MCC panels, APFC panels, LDBs, feeder pillar boxes, control and relay panels and LT bus ducts.

Vmax unit is certified by ISO 9001-2008 for quality management systems. The HT panels are type tested at CPRI, Bangalore for the following tests:

• Short circuit withstands capacity (breaking capacity 25 kA, 3 Secs)
• Temperature rise test
• IP degree of protection for indoor panels IP-4X
• IP degree of protection for outdoor panels – IP-55, IP-56 and IP-65
• Impulse voltage withstand test. LT panels are successfully type tested for 100 kA short circuit test and temperature rise test at CPRI – Bhopal
