Programmable Air Compressor Controller

Unitech Instrumentation Systems offers a Programmable Controller for air compressors. Model PC-100 is indigenously designed, easy to operate and install, microprocessor based rugged digital controller for air compressors. It controls and displays all important data of air compressors, viz., pressure, temperature, running hours and motor current, etc. All data such as pressure (actual, load, off-load and oil separator, and filter deferential); temperature (discharge line and dew), motor current, running time in hours, alarm status is continuously displayed on 2 line x 16 character backlit LCD. Alarm value can be set for high pressure, high temperature, motor overload, service due time, built-in circuit for Star to Delta for motor and emergency stop is provided. All connections of sensors and controls are provided on detachable connectors for easy installation and maintenance. The size of the unit is 180 x 180 x 130 (H x W x D) and panel cut-out is 163 x 163 mm, power supply 24 V DC. The unit is supplied with pressure transmitter and temperature sensor (Pt-100/Pt-1000). Complete control panel box for air compressor is also available.
