Profile Controller

The profile controller developed by Ajinkya Electronic Systems is useful for controlling various parameters like temperature, pressure, etc., as per segments programmed. This controller can accept inputs from either RTD, thermocouple, 4-20 mA, etc. Two control relay outputs are available which can be used say in case of temperature control for independently controlling heating and cooling. Control algorithms can be On/Off, proportional or PI or PID type with programmable control parameters. Apart from control relays, auxiliary relays are also provided, which can be used for other functions like alarm, valve control, etc. Up to 24/48/64 segments can be programmed which are stored in NVRAM of controller for permanent storage. In segment programming functions like Jump, Loop, Loop with Count, etc., are provided so that wide range of applications in temperature bath control, furnace controls, press controls, boiler controls can be achieved.
