Procon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. offers Fuji Electric’s PXG series of Process Controllers has been designed to meet the increasing demands of the process control industry and machine manufacturers. The PXG is a process controller with profiler capabilities. The Smart ramp-soak function is equipped with 16 ramp and 16 soak steps. These steps can be used as a single time-temperature profile or can be divided into 7 patterns. Digital inputs and outputs can be associated with the ramp-soak profile to get time signal outputs, start-end pattern output, hold-advance input etc. On power failure, the PXG retains data in its memory and on resumption of power it ensures that the profile is started from the point where it was cut-off.
