Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, has introduced a new automatic intelligent Power Factor Regulator, Model KM-PFR-S-9-04/9-08/ 9-12. This instrument uses the latest technology and is designed to give the highest reliability combining with ease of use. This meter presciently compensates reactive power with automatic calculation of C/K. It has user-friendly menu for simple setting of various parameters, high sensitivity, operates even at 50 mA signal current and has over voltage and low voltage protection, and automatic and manual operation. The instrument stores the setting data even if there is power failure. It has all kinds of controlling parameters, total digital directly adjustable, easy for use. It seeks the best to throw cut off to prolong the life span of the equipment. The rated voltage of the meter is AC 440 V, 50 Hz and rated current is AC 50 mA-5 A, 50 Hz. The output relay rating is AC 220 V, 8 A, 50 Hz. Display of power factor is from lag 0.001/lead 0.001. Measure power is 0-9999 kVAR, low voltage protection is 300 V (L-L). The meter has automatic phase-detect function – it automatically cuts off the voltage signal and the current signal at the same section. Standard DIN size: 144 x 144 mm for easy installation in control panels.
