Power Controller for Heaters

Commerce Corporation (COMCO) offers 10-40% power saving Power Controller for heaters. These work on the principle of AC phase control – thyristor based (SSR). For single phase the input is 230 V AC and output can be set 0-230 V AC by up and down keys (or 4-32 V DC extension) and for three phase the input is 440 V AC and output can be set 0-440 V AC by up and down keys (or 4-32 V DC extension). These power controllers come in panel mounting sizes 96 x 96 x 150 mm, weight 200 gm, having 3-digit display. Advantages include: power saving 10%-40%; most reliable; increases the life of heaters; most economic; simple/easy in operation; compact size; and lightweight and replaces bulky auto-transformer/variac.
