Micon Automation Systems Pvt Ltd offers an auto tuned PID Universal Controller with artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm. This has a user programmable universal input without changing any hardware as well as modularized output. It has got up to 4 relay outputs and one control output. PVRT and SVRT is in-built feature; and RS 485 communication is available optionally with OPC protocol. This AI series instrument has many user-defined parameters like input change, range setting, alarm, output action, output limits, unit selection and instrument locking facility. It is available with all DIN sizes. The plug-in construction allows instantaneous field replacement without affecting terminal wiring. It has got SMPS – switch mode power supply – (95-260 V AC). AI series is also available with profile controller heaving 30 segments and 150 segments.
