PID Temperature Profile Controller

Features: microcontroller based, double display; supply 220 V AC; input J, K or PT100; single program, nine step; each step contain temperature, soaking time and ramp setting; over night delay timer (optional); power down memory for delay time, step number and soaking time; output – 1. Relay contact or SSR, 2. Alarm contact or buzzer; PID or On/Off control selection; heating application range – J type 0-750°C, K type 0-1200°C, RTD.1 type – 0 to 400.0, RTD type – 0 to 400; temperature as per range adjustable in set mode; Ct 1 to 60 for SSR output and 10 to 120 second for relay output adjustable; auto tuning require for pb, It and dt value; soak band to enable soaking timer in this band; hysteresis – 2 to 250°C adjustable; control temperature, soak time and ramp value with step number indication by INC key; alarm mute facility by decrement key; open display if sensor break and -rEV display if connections reverse; end displays if process complete; relay trip if sensor breaks, connection open or connection reverse; and calibration error correction by front key switch (no preset setting).
