Manual Batch Controller unit can easily interface with 80 columns dot matrix printer, and has RS232 and RS485 interface for PC download and upload of the data (USB pen drive can also be interfaced). In the ideal state the unit will show aggregate value, cement value, water value, and additive value with total aggregate value in the revolving mode. In weight when start key is pressed the unit will turn ON the aggregate relay, water relay, cement relay, and additive relay. If the empty point is not achieved, then it will show Message in the lower LCD screen for their respective fields. It has one LCD Screen (16x4), 12 keys keypad and 8 LED Indicator on the front side. It has 8 relay output provision, 4 load cell input and one encoder input.
